I just realized I should make a proper announcement about this since it is kind of a big deal.

July is going to be a hectic month for me because ~surprise!~ my parents are moving to Vancouver Island (living the dream, I know) and I am coming with them to help them settle in before zooming back to Edmonton for grad school.

I am not leaving until next Tuesday at the earliest (which is unlikely- hopefully we can leave later in the week) but when I do leave I do not know how my internet situation will be when we get there (It takes about a day and a half to get to Vancouver Island from here and I don't know how soon we will have internet at hotels or when we take possession of the house). I also have no idea when I'll be getting back home to Alberta at this point in time (I don't even know if it'll be before August or not- it's all up in the air.)

So that being said: if you have any questions about the Canadian Flag episode, please send them to me as soon as they come up and I will get to them when I can. Things have been busy with packing and all, but I have no problem answering any concerns before I leave. I realize this might make the July 31st deadline a problem, but please go ahead and treat that as the deadline for the time being until I can give further notice. The admins will hopefully still be around at that time to make sure it's all received on time! Again, if you have concerns about the deadline, get in touch with me as soon as possible and we can work around it depending on your situation.

(In other news, look forward to fun and exciting British Columbia tales from meee, the Hurtin' Albertan Wink )

Haha, thanks c:

Just another heads up: I am leaving sunny Edmonton tomorrow at 5:00 AM and I am not positive how my internet access will be until then so if there are any burning questions or comments you'll have to catch me before I fall asleep or they'll have to wait at least a day until I get to Chilliwack or Vancouver or wherever it is I'm headed... even then I'm not sure how much internet access I will have.

And to anyone else living and travelling in western Canada this summer... BE CAREFUL! Those forest fires are serious stuff! We haven't gotten any smoke yet here in Edmonton nor is there much in southern Alberta at this time, but I've seen pictures and I expect to be taking some myself quite soon. Safe travels, everyone!

UPDATE

due to a hilarious series of unfortunate events (well one, and his name is Ptolemy the Jerk Cat), I was left behind on my family moving-road-trip in Edmonton and officially will be here until August 3. That means I will still be around to answer any questions about the Flag Ep and I will also be here for the art deadline. I will be checking in again tomorrow which is officially one week before the deadline with the artists, so start evaluating whether you guys might need an extension c:

I will be in Victoria from August 3-16 and won't have access to my tablet among other things, but I will have my laptop, connected to the internet and here to help.
